The cake story

We are ordering from this place since one year. We have tried their rasmalai cake, KitKat cake, pineapple cake, chocolate cake and mix fruit cake. We ordered rasmalai cake with less sugar and actually they made with less sugar and it tasted very good. They bake cakes in 2-3 hours if you order same day. So we get fresh cakes.

Owner (Husband of the lady) is very very arrogant and misbehaves as if he is the only cake shop in town. I want to warn all buyers that this rude person deserves Zero star rating ,1 star . Both for spoiling my cake , used tinned fruits in place of real fruits and charging me extra too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have been a regular customer for last 2-3 years. But today I went in to take two pastries, brought them back within 30mins because they were stale and sour. The uncle managing the shop did not even accept that the pastry was stale although kept it away and asked me to take something worth that amount. He was unnecessarily rude where a simple sorry would've sufficed.

Incredible cakes. Tina mam made a 1.5kg cake for us at 15min notice at 8:30pm after another bakery in Indore screwed up our friend's engagement cake. She was brilliantly accommodating in our demands and made an excellent and classy cake. Tasted great! Makes custom cake too with party items available too.

There cakes are awesome and so fresh. They always customise according to you and very cooperative. All flavors are very good. Also a good bakery for all other accessories for birthday and anniversory.I will highly recommend this place for cakes.

We had ordered a cake 2 days ago for 1.30 PM, gave them a reminder and yet they forgot about the cake and we had to wait for 40 minutes due to which we had to cancel our lunch reservation and this has happened to us for the third time. And yet there was no compensation whatsoever. We rely for our cakes to them and yet they dont deliver it on time. Never ordering from cake story ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1

The cake story was referred to me by a friend I happen to test a pastry from them and went ahead and finished them to bake a cake for an engagement ceremony. Team The Cake Story baked some amazing white forest cake with the reference shared. All the guest loved the design and cake. Something that stood out for me as a customer was that they took complete ownership if anything would ever to go wrong they would be answer.
