Cakes n Craft Vijay nagar

Do not trust them for gift packs, they will do false commitmebtssomething and will not fullfill commitment. Half filled boxes and false promises. Have guts to say your business does not make any difference as we cater to orders in lakhs. Very arrogant and rude staff

Got my parents an anniversary cake from here, and they were so happy. It tasted amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Loved the service and taste and last but not the least the final product... Ordered a cake for my Dad's Retirement party....A themed cake with a theme of CIVIL ENGINEER basis his profession.. makes the occasion even more colorful....A big thank u to miss shubhi to understand our needs and making sure that the final product is exact as required.......

Feeling cheated !!!!! Had a really bad experience with them, we ordered cookies in bulk and what we received was different in taste and size they promised at the time of order. Not just that the inbox quantity was also not as promised. Ruined My Diwali.

One of the best cake shop in India. You can send anytype of cake and they will design it perfectly. The taste of cake was so yummy like it melts in your mouth. For me 10/10. Best shop.

Yesterday i picket "Red Velvet" cake for my anniversary and it was fantabulous. I thought it was steep on the price 700 for 1 pound cake but take was out of this world.I has party of 12 so imagine how much cake each one must have got . It was a bit embarrasing . Nevertheless , I wish wither you can increase the size a bit or decrease the price . Hence 4 rating . But full marks on the taste though , thanks!!

Worst service ever that I could have ever experienced. This guys promised to keep the cake ready at 5:30pm and just to keep a margin we fixed 6:30pm as the pick time. The cakes was not even at the shop by 6:45pm. Further, they said it will delivered by 7:30pm which final got delivered at 8pm after a long wait for our guests. On top of all this, the customization or birthday message was not even there in the cake for which they charge additionally. This was not enough neither the owner nor the folks at shop are picking my calls. Would never recommend this place ever. Not interested in serious business at all.

Ruined my daughter’s birthday. Pathetic cake with just sugar and cream. Couldn’t taste any flavour. Full waste of money.

Cakes and craft Cheated us. He promised to give good quality of cookies but he cheated gave cheaper quality and decreased the size of cookies. He filled the box with fillers and gave less quantity. He changed the box without taking our permission. Cakes and Crafts spoiled our Diwali. Also he promised that we will only get pastry and Donuts in the scratch card (Cookies Box) but he filled 10-15 % discount card in More than 50 boxes. Cheater Never visit this place again. I wish i could give Zero star.
