Tied their Mexican Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Cheese Momos today. Both were totally worth it for the price. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Subpar taste and very below average Shawarma served here. The pita bread was chewy and not fresh. The chicken inside was dry and tasteless. Sauces were also bad. This outlet would soon be out of business in a year time Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered one jumbo chicken shawarma from Zomato and I got it all cold and the chicken was raw and dry couldn't even eat it after 3 minutes of chewing on it the only good part about the shawarma was the bread it gets wrapped on the whole filling was the disgusting part tasted soo bad that I couldn't even eat it had to throw it all away they don't know how to make a shawarma at all they putting Schezwan sauce in shawarma and it made the shawarma worst thing I ate never ordering from here again Order type Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 2 Wait time 30-60 min

I visited Shawarma Grill, Vijay Nagar, yesterday and was very disappointed with the ambiance, taste, and service. I ordered the Shawarma Platter, expecting a large plate with a variety of items as the name suggests. Instead, they served warm bread like a roti and the same finely chopped chicken they usually stuff inside a shawarma, placed separately on the plate like a regular roti-sabzi meal. The taste was also not good. This was the first meal I had after arriving in Indore and it completely spoiled my mood. I will never visit this place again. Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely disappointing experience! I visited this expecting fresh and good-quality food, but unfortunately , they served spoiled food and rotten food and was steal food kindly never visited on this shop when I asked them they told me no it was not like this they are not ready to accept this they said it was food smell I am really feel bad after going their kindly do not visit in this shop. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable, and serving stale or spoiled food is a serious concern when it comes to customers' health and safety. A food outlet should maintain basic hygiene standards and ensure that everything served is fresh and safe to eat. I would strongly suggest the management take this complaint seriously and improve their food quality and hygiene practices. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. Very disappointing and not recommended!
