Sneh Sweets is one of the oldest and most well-known shops in Kalani Nagar, and I’ve been visiting it since my childhood. Over the years, the quality of their food has remained delicious, which keeps bringing me back. They offer a wide range of snacks and sweets, but a few of my personal favourites that I highly recommend are the Paper Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature (though recently the chole have become too oily), Chole Tikki, and Pav Bhaji. When it comes to sweets, Indrani is an absolute must-try — fresh, rich, and full of flavour. However, I have noticed a decline in the service quality in recent times. The waiters seem untrained, unprofessional, and hygiene is not well maintained, which can affect the overall experience. But the manager is very kind and efficient, and he handles customer issues with a lot of patience and professionalism, which is definitely a plus. Overall, despite the few shortcomings in service, Sneh Sweets still holds a nostalgic and special place for its food. If you’re in Kalani Nagar, it’s definitely worth paying a visit. I visited your restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customers should be treated respectfully. I request the management to look into this matter and take appropriate action so that no other customer has to face such an experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I ordered Pav Bhaji priced at ₹140, but honestly, the taste was extremely poor and did not justify the price at all. The quality was far below expectations. Along with that, I also ordered a butterscotch cake. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst cakes I have ever had in my life. The cake did not taste fresh at all—it felt quite old. The cream quality was very bad, and there were even signs that it might have started spoiling from inside, which is completely unacceptable. Also, I later noticed that this place has a rating of around 3.6 based on hundreds of reviews. I didn’t check the rating before visiting, but now it completely makes sense. With such a large number of people rating it this low, the quality clearly reflects those reviews. Overall, both the food quality and freshness were highly disappointing. This place seriously needs to improve its standards.
