I went here with my friends every time and all time are experience is superb because the uncle who sell pani puri with full joynes and fun. Everybody likes there when he tell some joke because of the style of uncle every person come again with their family and friends. Hear Pani puri is so spicy 🥵🥵 after spicy the last dahi Puri you like . whenever I go there too much rush .you wait for your term. That sounds like a fantastic and fun experience with your friends and the pani puri uncle! 🥳👫🌮 His jokes and joyful style must make every visit memorable. Reel dekh kar chala gaya tha. Hygine and quality badhiya hai. Taste bhi aacha hai, uncle ka baat karne ka bhi taika badhiya aur khusmizaz hai. Paliwal Chaat House is a prime example of a place overhyped by social media influencers. My visit was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against making a special trip here. The first major issue is the complete lack of consistency and discipline. it comes to their operating hours. The place seems to open and close on a whim, with no regard for a fixed schedule. Trying to call the owner for an update is pointless, as they won't answer, leaving you to wait outside on the street, hoping for a sign of life. Even if you manage to find them open, be prepared for an absurdly long wait. We waited for nearly an hour just to get our food. What's even more frustrating is witnessing how they prioritize Instagram influencers, allowing them inside to film while paying customers are left to stand outside and wait. This kind of third class service is unacceptable.There is nothing special about the food or the place that justifies this kind of wait or poor service. It's clear the entire business model relies on the manufactured hype from influencers, not on the quality of their product or customer experience. Need to increase the workforce because there food demand is so high that minimum order time is 30 to 40 minutes for an evening snacks. Taste was also moderate, went there with expectations and return bit disappointed.
