Ambience was ok. But they have a very bad furniture and sitting chairs. Chairs seems like an old school dining table chairs. At the same they were dirty. We ordered a Chinese platter which had 4 dishes. Taste of fried rice was good. Rest everything was ok. But too expensive for the quantity they offered. Plus they charge for mineral water, but from the taste it seemed like they served local water in the bottle. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The vibe of the place was nice and the food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff had an unpleasant attitude and was borderline passive aggressive all times I have been there. This suggested a lack of training and was possibly also a result of understaffing, as I have seen only maybe 2 servers serving the entire restaurant all times. It has happened with both, my friends and I, on separate occasions that the server missed parts of our orders, and instead of apologizing and hurrying them up, rudely claimed we never placed those orders. Just the bad service is enough to never go again. I have only given the place so many chances because it is near me. I also didn’t like that you have to send a message to the restaurant to receive the menu. What if I don’t want to share my number and get spammed? Another demerit for service and privacy. Please turn off the Sufi (wedding-style) music. It’s too loud, and it’s making it difficult for people to enjoy their meals. Additionally, the staff are having trouble taking orders properly because of the noise. Instead, please play some soft, calming music during mealtime. The food was great, and the service was good, but the only issue was the music—it was really annoying.

Had a truly awful experience at Spruzzo for my mom's birthday. The food was horrendous from start to finish. The hot and sour soup was so incredibly spicy it made my mom sick, and the cream of mushroom soup tasted so bad I couldn't even finish it. We also ordered the chilli paneer pizza, but it was completely tasteless and soggy. The paneer itself was hard and of very poor quality. The starters were so bad we didn't even bother ordering a main course. For this price point, I would highly recommend going to Godwit or Shreemaya instead.
