they took 45min to deliver the wrong item and another 40min to send replacement….i wish there was an option to give 0 stars! Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The biriyani was prepared so fast, i ordered it from zomato. I ordered zatooni paneer it was awesome. Just the portion of mint rayta was really less. Rather than that it tasted so incredible. Taste 5/5, time taken 5/5, portion 4/5. Really loved it!! Gonna order more in future Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹200–400

Three times I called different days, everytime the customer care says we are out of operational hours. I understand the lockdown situation but why it's shows open on google for INDORE Madhya pradesh? You take time to receive a call and don't help customer. What a service? I should find some other biryani, they say their biryani is Royal but service is pathetic.

The location has shifted to their cloud kitchen, which is also behind C21 Mall along with ovenstory. I placed an order through Swiggy ,.. Zomato, (eatsure offers much discounts and faster deliveries) in hopes of receiving a discount, but they were not offering any and the prices were the same as the MRP present on food delivery apps. Order type Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹200–400

Horrible taste. Worst order of my life. Biryani was only half cooked. Please don't order anything from Behrouz, Indore. Too much artificial scent added. I didn't even finish the plate after eating just three spoon serve. Wasted money.

The food from here can really feel pricing but the quality and the food really justifies the price and I really love it. Order type Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a terrible experience with EatSure. I placed an order for biryani (Order ID: 211277330) worth ₹766, but the delivery driver, ‘Suraj,’ fraudulently marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. He didn’t even pick up my calls, leaving me completely stranded. When I reached out to customer support, it was initially a nightmare. They were unhelpful and dismissive until I had to escalate the issue by being rude. Only then did they process a refund, but it shouldn’t have come to that. EatSure takes no accountability or ownership of such issues, which is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this app. Use more reliable platforms like Zomato or Swiggy instead.
