I've visited Carobar several times and there are many hits and some misses when i summarise my overall experience. Some meals are good to be re-tried but some doesn't match expectations! Staff needs to be professional. We asked the concerned person (Mr. Pal) about the item we had ordered as it tasted quite burnt out. Instead of resolution and acceptance, he started arguing, and were not at all ready to listen and understand the issue. The language was not polite & responsive, and seemed against the profession. Also a simple request to provide a slice of lemon was straightforwardly rejected by the waiter. The ambiance and outdoor sitting of the place is very good. However with such behaviour the place is definitely going to losse long term customers. Loved this place, Carobar has a nice ambiance and a good variety of dishes. The food tasted decent, but the service was a bit slow during peak hours.
