I had heard a lot about Carobar and finally visited on my birthday, which coincided with the Championship Trophy final. I went for dinner and was lucky to get a table since they weren’t picking up calls for reservations. For starters, we had Paneer Tikka, Cheese Rolls, Corn, and Fries—all were good. However, the main course was disappointing, especially the Thai curry, which was too sweet. The drinks were tasty (both cocktails and mocktails), but the 30ml serving felt lighter than expected, and when we asked them to adjust it, they charged extra. The ambiance is great, with multiple seating options—outdoor (where fire shows happen), rooftop, and indoor seating. It’s a good option on Bypass Road, but the service and main course could be improved. Since this is my 3rd visit… and now it’s hard for me to not post a review. Typically, I don’t believe in spreading negativity but I have to be honest for someone who actually looks into the reviews before taking their families out for meal. I will only comment on food (item by item); Chicken Biryani: 2/10, in my head, biryani's supposed to be flavorful but it was far from basic flavors..that too with very dry rice and only 2 chicken pieces in it. Trust me, Not worth trying. Very disappointing!!! Chinese sizzler: 1/10, big time bummer!!!!! Food felt stale. Margarita Pizza; 6/10… that’s all I can say. Chicken Burger: 3/10 Who puts in chicken chunks in a burger… seriously WHO does that???? A burger supposed to have a chicken patty in it and not chunks which keeps falling off while eating.. so irritating it was!!! CaroBar in Indore is a great place to eat and drink. I've been there many times, and every visit has been wonderful. The service is quick, and the staff is very polite. The food is really tasty—no matter what you order, you’ll love it. The quality and presentation of the food are excellent, and they offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that are delicious. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, including a big open-air lawn. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to other similar places, and the drinks are also priced fairly. CaroBar is perfect for families and friends. There’s even a small play area for kids, so you can relax while they have fun. The owner is a friendly person, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy good food and drinks. I highly recommend a visit!
