Carobar is an absolute delight! The food was delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The vibes are amazing—lively, stylish, and just the right place to unwind and enjoy. Ambience is good but food is over spicy to the extent that even people eating spicy food could not eat it. This despite instructions to staff to make it very mild or non spicy food. Staff also is not even able to tell type of gravy; a sign of untrained staff. We ordered appetizers(chilli chicken was 6/10. Chicken Lollipop 3/10.. why? Because it was not cooked all the way. Margerita Pizza came with lots of chilli flakes on it & I wonder why???) So unfortunately we had to leave without even trying main course. Food quality is something I believe needs to be worked upon and can definitely do better. This was our first time... This has been an exceptionally pleasant experience for me. The ambiance is superb, and those who appreciate luxury should always experience it. The food is also exceptional. One could say it is the epitome of luxury in Indore. I was fortunate to have the chance to interact with the proprietor whom I found to be incredibly humble and attentive to every detail. Good place on the Mumbai-agra highway. Ambience is decent. Drinks and smoke is allowed everywhere and is served as per menu. Food is average. It's is moderate to highly spicy and little extra oils.
