On a particular India vs New Zealand match, me and my friends met and decided all of a sudden to have dinner and watch match on screen. We reached here around 7 pm only. It was totally empty and we got the whole hotel to ourselves and staff arranged our seating such that we could eat and watch the match too. Food was delicious. Hotel was clean. Staff was really nice, moreover we won the match. The only 1-star I'm removing from Food is because the 1st order of tandoori was cold af... I recently organized a small party at a restaurant, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service was exceptionally poor, with slow and inattentive staff members. It seemed like they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The food quality was also subpar; dishes lacked flavor and freshness. It was evident that little attention was paid to the preparation and presentation. Considering these factors, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The low service and mediocre food overshadowed any positive aspects, making it a regrettable choice for hosting an event or even dining casually. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My first experience was very nice that's why I ordered again this time it was a parcel.. 2 out of 4 dish was different then what I ordered.. taste was extremely pathetic not even close to what I experienced in the first visit.. i called back after opening parcel told my issue no response is recieved. Very disappointing service experience. I have visited this restaurant 3-4 times, and each time the service has been below average. The staff usually asks for the order, makes you wait 15-30 minutes, and then returns only to say the dish isn't available due to stock issues. The same thing happened again on Sunday, 20th April. I specifically called ahead to confirm if Dal Baati was available, and the staff assured me that it was. However, when I arrived just a few minutes later, they made me sit for 20 minutes only to say it wasn’t available anymore. This kind of repeated mismanagement is very frustrating, especially for customers coming from a distance.
