Vegetarians beware :kindly do not order from this restraunt because I found tiny chicken piece in my veg food , the cross contamination is really concerning how the veg n non veg food is being handled together although the restraunt offered to replace the item it is impossible to eat after such breach of trust. It's not just a mistake but negligence, reflects how easily the cross contamination can happen with the vegetarian meals for the vegetarian people that are ordering here. Online delivery experience: Used to be regular customer for nearly 2 years but for past many months I'm very disappointed with them for the same 2 Reasons everytime: The gravy is the same as every other different type of chicken dish from the main course, be it whatever you order chicken tikka masala/korma or kadai, the gravy stays the same. Which is equivalent to fooling customer into thinking different expectations. Secondly the excess oil these guys add compared to other restaurants is crazy. Its like dipping your naan/roti in gravy ❌ oil ✅. Too much oil is unhealthy and every other restaurants does that i agree but if there is a competition between them, this branch will come first. I m sharing this not because of one incident but due to repeated times and disappointments expecting this time might be different . Just like me If you are fan of Nafees restaurant and their foods, My suggestion would be order from a different branch. Atleast other branches have greater reputation/ standards and quality than this branch. This place is just awesome the food the desserts the ambience and the deliciously served dishes. This is one of the top rated restaurants in Indore and the food is worth a try, light on the pocket and heavy on the stomach. Nafees! The name says it all. But here’s a twist, we visited Nafees this time not for their delightful chicken neither tempting mutton dishes. We ordered only Veg delights and trust me it was the best decision. Dishes 🍛: We ordered Paneer Angara, I was not expecting an extremely rich taste from a veg dish but trust me I never ever had this type of Paneer in my life. I am a die hard non veg lover but their Paneer Angara made me their fan and I will definitely gonna try more veg dishes here. We also ordered Matar Pulao it was also so delicious. The rice was of top quality and flavours were tempting. Interior & Aura 🪩: The calm lights and beautiful interior was giving a beautiful middle eastern aura, adding a punch to tasty food. Service 👨🏻‍💼: Service was good too. We visited late night due to Ramzan, the staff was very polite and humble. Comparison 🍽️: Comparing to other famous veg restaurants in Indore like Gyaani Ji, Nanaksar etc. it stands out in taste. Pricing 💸: To be fair the price was also on a little higher side as compared to other veg restaurants in the city but it was worth every penny. Paying 20-30% more for such an awesome taste doesn’t feel heavy on pocket! Conclusion 📝: If you want to hunt some good veg food, give Nafees a try! Their biryani is the one of the best u can get in indore. Overall a good experience. You should visit this place to satisfy your meat cravings. Location is also perfect. Service is prompt. The most pathetic place, I ordered food of 800₹ and all I asked the waiter for onions with the North Indian food, he said you’ll have to pay for onion otherwise we can’t give. Even when the restaurant was completely empty and I was the only guest with one couple, the brought my soup spilled , the white bowl of the soup had previous serving soup stains spilled and dried all over the bowl and they didn’t even cared to give the food in clean bowl , the finger of the waiter was dipped in my main course when he brought it and my naan was touching his shirt when he brought , I mean it was hell disgusting seriously.
