Staff is very bad, specially the waiter whose name is Krishna Kumar as the name given by the Manager of that place. His treating a customer is not good. Very arrogant and rough language like he don’t care about the customers. Very bad experience. Will never go there.

Really Very Very Worst service or food ever😡. Last week I visited this restaurant “Punchinn restaurant “ I was ordered tomato soup, makhani noodle and schezwan chilli potatoe this three things was very bad in taste 🤢🤮even the bowl of soup is leak outside the bowl, before I ordered these three things I ordered water bottle which is placed the order maximum half N hour. Then before I leave this restaurant I said all this worst things to the manager he was not returned the money at all... Very Very Very Poor Worst Bad and Unhealthy Food ever I ate. And the service is very very irritated and worst!!!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Nice ambience. Tasty food. Drinks were on market rate when went there. Service is very quick and prompt. Nice place to hangout and booze

Very bad experience ever... Mis-behaving with customer. As the name of the restaurant "Punching", Manager forcefully punched 999/- Pack... as per our convenient we want 1999/- pack, but they denied. What's disgusting service ever which is not in favour of customer. Service kiske liye hai... Agar customer ke according service nhi to...??

The place is bank opposite Meghdoot garden in indore. Offers drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The interior of the place is very neatly done. The owners have tried to capture the essence of indore specially the vernacular effect with the slangs used by the Indories. The place has a good parking. Punch in has been given three stars because of the taste of the food offered here. The location the ambience and the service here is very nice. The bar has to do seriously something about the taste of the food. This can surely become the talk of the Town. All the best and hope they make the required changes. The restaurant only seems expensive because the food rate is a serious turn off.

Rates are too high and on top it their Billing system is cheating their customers. I was charged 18%VAT other then 5% GST & 5%Servive charges. When I enquired about 18%VAT I was informed that its optional but as I had made the payment on good faith That reception guy very rudely said you should have asked earlier and now this payment will not be refunded and also said you can do whatever you want. I should have appreciated if while presenting the bill this optional clause should be informed to customers but it was not their intention and believe in extra charging their customers. Check the bill before making the payment

Casual and good place to be at. The taste is simply good and the buffet is very filling as well as light. Affordable too. You could plan a casual lunch outing. Also I liked the servicing and staff.

I want to Thank Manager Mr.Krishnav & the entire staff for making my day special. As I booked a table for a birthday celebration and from starting to last they all were so generous and served with a smile. Thank you so much Mr.Krishnav and Team!! Order type Dine in Meal type Lunch
