My overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected. From the beginning, the arrangements and management were not up to the mark, and several aspects of the experience felt poorly organized. The quality of service and attention to detail were lacking, and there was very little effort to ensure that everything was handled smoothly. The staff/support was also not as helpful or responsive as expected, which made the situation even more frustrating. I had expected a much better experience considering the time and expectations involved, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me dissatisfied. There was a clear difference between what was expected and what was actually provided. I hope the concerned team takes this feedback seriously, identifies the problems, and works on improving the overall quality, organization, communication, and service in the future. At present, I would not consider this a satisfactory experience and would rate it very poorly based on my overall experience.
