Very bad service. Both the steward were trainees. Had to struggle to place orders. No one to get bill. Had to go out and search. Later they refused to accept cash as they had no change. The credit card machine WiFi was not functional. Not expected from a 5 star rated hotel

The most amazing food in Indore, chef shiva is too good and the service extended by Mukesh was more than we can ask for. The sushi here is beyond any1 expectation. Place not to miss out on.

Food has been good, however due to the rush hours, the orders were arriving a little late. Seems like a staffing crunch. Rahul has a pleasing personality and has been really good in taking our orders. He ensured to make us feel comfortable. Rahul has been the difference in making this evening better, as even little gestures towards customers makes a huge difference.

It is soothing atmosphere, blended with the rich aromatic food and soulful music. The culinary pleasure brought by the excellent service by Jenny and the fabulous cooking by chef Shiva is truly something to relish and savour. Absolutely loved the tom yum soup, the vegetable dumplings and the star of the evening has to be the crispy fried veg sushi 🍣 One of the best sushi we have had in indore and we have tried a lott of places! The portions are very good, special mention to Chef Shiva and the manager Mr Mukesh and Jenny. They were all very warm, hospitable and made us feel very comfortable. Niraj, Mayank, and Sumit were very professional, prompt, and delivered good service. We were looking for comforting Chinese food and that's what we got.
