Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The food was average at best and definitely not worth the price. What made it worse was the terrible service. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in helping customers. We requested just one extra chair, but the staff refused to arrange it or offer any alternative. The AC wasn’t working, making the dining area uncomfortable, and the staff were inattentive, unresponsive, and difficult to get hold of throughout the meal. A restaurant should offer good hospitality along with decent food, but this place failed on both fronts. I won’t be visiting again and would not recommend it to anyone. “Very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor and the taste was not good at all. It did not feel fresh and the preparation seemed careless. The dishes lacked flavor and did not meet even basic expectations. Considering the price, the food was definitely not worth the money. Apart from the food, the overall experience was also not satisfactory. The service was slow and the staff did not seem very attentive. Cleanliness and hygiene also appeared to be below standard. I was really expecting a much better experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite the opposite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality, hygiene, and service.
