नाम में टिफिन क्यों है इसकी कोई वजह तो पता नहीं परन्तु यह जगह दक्षिण भारतीय व्यंजनों हेतु एक अच्छा विकल्प है। शुद्ध घी से निर्मित व्यंजन इनकी विशेषता कह सकते हैं। बैठने की व्यवस्था थोड़ी कम है, कुछ खास नज़ारे नहीं मिलेंगे परन्तु स्वाद वाकई बहुत अच्छा है इसलिए बाकी बातों पर तवज़्ज़ो नहीं दी जाती है। डोसा, इडली के साथ तीन अलग अलग प्रकार की चटनी मिलती है (शुद्ध घी से निर्मित) जो बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट हैं साथ ही सांभर आप जितना चाहें स्वयं ले सकते हैं। (सेल्फ सर्विस) कुलमिलाकर दक्षिण भारतीय खाने के शौकीन लोगों के लिए एक अच्छी जगह है परंतु कीमतें बस थोड़ी ज़्यादा है, जो कम की जानी चाहिए। साधारणतः आपको एक व्यक्ति के ₹400 तक लग जाएंगे। Edit : 13 Jan 2025 शाम ४ बजे। मैं रेटिंग तो वही रहने दे रहा हूं जो पहले थी, परंतु ताज़ा वाक्या साझा करना जरूरी है। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि स्कीम ७८ में नया आउटलेट खुल जाने से अब यहां ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता है। या कम दिया जाता है। मैं एक साथी को तारीफों के पुल बांध कर यहां ले गया था की आपको बढ़िया स्वाद मिलेगा। हमने एक benne डोसा बुलाया, जो स्वाद में तो ठीक था पर benne डोसा तो बिलकुल नहीं था, क्योंकि उसमें सिर्फ बाज़ार का बटर था। उसके साथ एक घी मसाला डोसा बुलाया, जो कि मेनू का सबसे अधिक मूल्य का व्यंजन है, और वह भी जला हुआ आया। (ज़्यादा सीका हुआ नहीं, बल्कि जला हुआ) हालांकि हमारे आपत्ति लेने पर कर्मचारियों ने उसे बदल कर देने की जहमत की, परंतु दूसरा डोसा भी टालने की ही तरह दिया गया। जिसमें आलू मसाला पूर्णतः ठंडा था, जैसे अभी फ्रिज से निकला हो, और बिना गर्म किए सीधे डोसा में डाल दिया गया हो। और हद तो यह रही कि साथ में दिया गया सांबर भी पूरी तरह से ठंडा ही था, ठंडा होने से अधिक खट्टा लगने लगा था। कुलमिलाकर खाने लायक नहीं रहा। आज का यह अनुभव बहुत ही खराब रहा। बाहर जाकर दोबारा कुछ खाना पड़ा। अगर समय रहते इन समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ तो संस्थान के लिए ग्राहकी टूटने लगेगी। आशा है वे समझेंगे और उचित निर्णय लेंगे। बाकी आप लोग कृपया अपने विवेक से जाएं, 'अब' मधुरम पर ज्याद उम्मीदें लेकर न जाएं Order type Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very bad food, overflowing oil in everything. Staff was also rude and when we raised our concern about the food staff member said "Ye maine nh banaya hai". Hands down the best and most authentic south Indian food place i have tried in Indore. Food is amazing, ambience is even better. The way this restaurant has been decorated, the soft instrumental music, the overall vibe - it uplifts your mood. All dosas and Idli combinations are wonderful but their highlight is the Thali. Ordered the thali apart from two masala dosas, one upma, one idli and one vada. Despite all this we were sharing food and ask for another serving of dal. We were refused for dal. We tried three things here Benne dosa 10/10 Onion uttapam 7/10 Daal rice 4/10 Food quality was very good food was comforting Only thing which was not good is that they have written plain daal chawal in the menu but they served us kind of khichdi which was very spicy, although they changed it on our request. Bilkul Bhi maza nhi aaya nariyal chutney like vanilla ice-cream, Tamato chutney like Tamato sauce , service or atmosphere shi but utna bhi khas hai nahi

Most authentic South Indian food in Indore. Absolutely lip smacking.. We tried their Ghee podi idli and Ghee masala dosa. Both were amazing. Idli was super soft and the dosa was very crispy and spicy.. just the way it should be. We also tried a drink... something called Nanadri soda, I guess?! It was skippable. Rest everything was great. 10/10 would come back and also recommend.
