Best choching for NDA and CDS
I am disappointed with the fee management and the commitments made by the institute. The third installment was discussed and agreed to be paid in December, but when the August payment period came, my batch was blocked without any prior notice. When I contacted the institute, I was told that nothing could be done now and that I had to pay the fee immediately. Because my batch was blocked, I have been unable to access my class recordings and revise properly for the last two weeks. I also had a test during this period, and this affected my preparation, marks and grades. I had even tried to pay by card, but their card machine was not working, so it is not as if I was refusing to pay the fee. The main issue is not the fee itself, but the fact that the commitments made by the fee department are not being honoured. Overall, the teaching staff is good, and the teachers explain things well and are helpful for studies. However, the fee department and the way they handle commitments and communication are very disappointing. I hope the institute improves its fee management and respects the commitments made to students and parents.
