Best product unique collection good rates
⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I purchased 4 tumblers from this shop, and unfortunately, one of them developed rust. When I approached the shopkeeper to explain the issue and seek a solution, the response was extremely rude and disappointing. Instead of listening to my concern or offering any help, the shopkeeper simply refused to take responsibility, saying, “We cannot do anything. Once you purchase something, whatever happens is your fault.” This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. A good business should stand behind the products it sells and treat customers with respect, especially when they come forward with a genuine concern. I am extremely disappointed, not just with the product quality but also with the shopkeeper’s attitude and lack of accountability. Selling a product is not the end of a customer’s experience; how you treat customers when something goes wrong matters even more. I would advise others to think twice before purchasing from this shop. Very disappointing experience overall. This is the second time I am facing such issue.
