Delivery has the worst service. They don’t care about the delivery delays at all or the customer convenience. Kept on delaying my parcel for four days without any reason. I haven’t seen such kind of pathetic service ever. Even Indian post is much better much much better than this Nonsense service. The only reason I used this service was because from the shipping location, there was no other service available shall I have ever any other option? I would never select delivery in the first place.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I was expecting my package, which contained an expensive saree to be delivered today. However, I was shocked to receive a message stating that my package has been lost. This is not only unprofessional but highly frustrating. I have made numerous attempts to contact the head office and customer support, calling over 100 times, yet there has been no response. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the lost item, as this situation is entirely out of my control. The lack of communication and professionalism from your team is truly appalling."

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service they provide. I think they should shut down the service instead of harrassing people. Most frequently they misplaced the percel and delivery is never on time.

Experienced very bad service of this company. Never send any parcel with this. I send laptop from Indore to lalitpur. First they didn't tell anything when it's reached to jhansi they notified me that it's 44 kg so I should pay then only they can proceed other they will return to pickup location. What nonsense it's, how can be a laptop weight is 44 kg. After that I request for return to pickup location but from 15 feb to 2 march it didn't return to pickup location. They don't have any customer care so we can talk. Very bad service. Never choose this portal.

Very bad service and no customer support, this is literally fraud as most of the time they don’t even deliver product and the delivery agents assigned by them don’t even call the receiver and send the product for return without attempting to deliver

Its been 8 days my order is stuck in this delhivery hub and now my package is missing in audit and I can't even talk to there customer care

Worst experience ever. No customer support, no proper update, delivery of the consignment is at the mercy of the staff usually Daly for 2 , 3 days and sometimes no delivery
