Without permission given parcel to others
If I have option to give less than 1 stat, definitely I give -10 to -100000 star to delhivery courier service even all staff, they don't pick parcel, and give daily difference difference excuse. We are trying to connect head office last 5-7 days but they are not responding. Worst worst worst, fraud company fraud company #fraudcompany
Very Poor & Disappointing Service Delhivery ki service ka experience bahut disappointing raha. Parcel Indore hub mein pahunchne ke baad bhi baar baar In Transit dikhaya jata hai aur delivery nahi hoti. Kabhi status ko Rescheduled kar diya jata hai, bina kisi proper explanation ke. Indore mein proper local Delhivery office/contact support milna bhi bahut difficult hai. Mera personal experience very poor and disappointing raha. Delhivery ko apni delivery service, office aur customer support mein seriously improvement karne ki zarurat hai. It was a very bad and disappointing service experience. I would not recommend Delhivery based on my experience.
They picked my parcel and not updated after 2 days
