I came here and was simply asking for the route to the reception. However, one of the female security guards spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She used words like “oye” and addressed me in an insulting tone. I was only asking for directions, and such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Security staff should communicate politely with visitors and guide them properly. I request the management to take this matter seriously and ensure their staff treats visitors with respect. अगर आपको अपनी आत्मइज्जत प्यारी है, तो इस अस्पताल की चमचमाती बिल्डिंग देखकर धोखा मत खाना। इंदौर के MGM सुपर स्पेशलिटी हॉस्पिटल का कड़वा सच यह है कि यहाँ का मैनेजमेंट, स्टाफ और सिक्योरिटी बेहद गैर-जिम्मेदार और बदतमीज हैं। यहाँ "चाय से ज्यादा केतली गरम" वाली कहावत सौ फीसदी सच बैठती है। ​सबसे बड़ा धोखा आयुष्मान भारत योजना के नाम पर है। यह कार्ड सिर्फ दिखाने का खिलौना बनकर रह गया है। यहाँ का स्टाफ सिर्फ ऑर्थोपेडिक या चुनिंदा बड़ी बीमारियों में ही इसे स्वीकार करता है जहाँ बड़ा फंड मिलता हो। गॉलब्लैडर जैसी सर्जरी के लिए रिसेप्शन सीधे मना कर देता है क्योंकि इन्हें मरीज़ से तुरंत पूरा कैश चाहिए होता है। जो डॉक्टर प्राइवेट क्लिनिकों में मोटी फीस लेकर शिष्टाचार दिखाते हैं, वो सरकारी सिस्टम में बैठते ही संवेदनहीन हो जाते हैं। ​मैं अपने भैया के साथ आयुष्मान कार्ड के तहत गॉलब्लैडर के इलाज की जानकारी लेने गई थी। आयुष्मान मित्र काउंटर पर बैठे शख्स ने बिना सोचे-समझे सीधे इमरजेंसी में टाल दिया। इमरजेंसी स्टाफ का रवैया यह था कि जब मैंने बेहद शालीनता से अपनी बात रखी, तो वहाँ मौजूद लड़का मदद करने के बजाय दूसरी महिला स्टाफ को देखकर मुँह फाड़कर हंसने लगा। मरीज तड़प रहा है और इन्हें मज़ाक सूझ रहा है। ​सेकंड फ्लोर पर बैठा स्टाफ इतना सुस्त है कि सीधे मुँह रास्ता बताना भी इन्हें भारी लगता है। ठीक 6 फीट की दूरी पर डॉक्टर बैठी थीं, लेकिन इन लोगों ने इशारा तक नहीं किया। जब अंदर गए, तो वहाँ मौजूद स्टाफ की लड़कियाँ बदतमीजी से चिल्लाईं—"रुक जा बहन, शांति रख"। डॉक्टर 15 मिनट तक फोन में व्यस्त थीं और सर्जन कब आएंगे, इसका पूरे फ्लोर पर किसी को अता-पता ही नहीं था। ​यहाँ भारी पुलिस और सुरक्षा सिर्फ इसलिए हैं, ताकि स्टाफ अपनी नाकामियों और बदतमीजी को छुपा सके और अगर कोई पढ़ा-लिखा इंसान हक की बात पूछे, तो उसे डराया-धमकाया जा सके। इंदौर स्वास्थ्य विभाग और प्रशासन को इस आलीशान बिल्डिंग के अंदर चल रहे मानसिक उत्पीड़न पर तुरंत कड़ा एक्शन लेना चाहिए। अच्छा रहा कोई इलाज नही कराया वरना इनका कोई भरोसा नही कल को अंग ही निकाल ले । 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 -रियांशी

Very bad experience at M.Y. Super Speciality Hospital, Indore. My dad was admitted for bypass surgery. All reports were normal before the surgery, but after the operation we were informed that his blood pressure suddenly dropped. At that critical time, the main doctor was not present and junior doctors was handling the whole situation.Sadly, i lost my dad. The treatment was done under Ayushman Yojana, but even after this tragedy the hospital administration is not cooperating in providing the required medical documents. Very poor service and irresponsible staff.

POS:-1ayushman card se ilaaz available tha 2 patient theek hoke ghar aa gaya NEG:-Hospital with good infrastructure with Very very BAD😡 facilities. Bas hospital hi 7 manzil ka hai baaki suvidhayein ni hai patient ke lie wheelchair Tak nhi tha . Neuro cardio related hospital mai MRI ki suvidhaayein bhi nhi hai. Aur jo hospital ki mahilan guards hai Unka attitude toh bhai doctor se hhi jyada hai so so rude jese to wo ilaaz kar rhi hai. Ward boy ki suvidha bhi nhi hai. Stroke patient ke lie.

Very bad experience, staff not supportive and junior doctors, they are not even experienced, toilet very dirty. Agar patient ko kahi jaanch ke liye le jana ho to khud hi uthao or khud hi leke jaao, patient unconscious ho jaaye tab bhi doctors nahi dekhte hai.mere uncle ko admit karna tha lekin do din file banane me lag gaye or 5din tak unko aise hi rakha waha , koi treatment start nahi Kiya tha sirf jaanch hi ho rahi thi, in 5 dino me ek medicine bhi nahi di thi. Worst hospital ever.👎
