The behavior of the guard in this hospital is unacceptable.

In the past one and a half years, we have met quite a few highly qualified and specialist doctors. However, Dr. Lahoti sir is not only an excellent doctor but also a very good human being who puts in their full effort to treat the patients. Very few doctors have been as sensitive or sensible towards us. After spending all our savings in private hospitals, Dr. Akshay Lahoti and the super speciality hospital have become synonymous of hope for us. Such cooperative doctors are very rare. Thank you, Dr. Lahoti, from me and my family, from the bottom of our hearts.

What a hospital, koi hai hi nhi , even receptionists are not there to attend and its not a prime night time , sabhi members sath mein chai pine gye hue hai, no patient, no staff, no receptionists, only guard to protect building don't know why they are here, what a service waiting for 1 hour or wasting our 1 hour just for nothing.

Very bad experience at M.Y. Super Speciality Hospital, Indore. One of my family members was admitted for bypass surgery. All reports were normal before the surgery, but after the operation we were informed that his blood pressure suddenly dropped. At that critical time, the main doctor was not present and junior doctors were handling the situation. Sadly, we lost our family member. The treatment was done under Ayushman Yojana, but even after this tragedy the hospital administration is not cooperating in providing the required medical documents. Very poor service and irresponsible staff. Think twice before admitting your loved ones here.

Worst service no care of patients. If no one is there with patients it can reach to a situation that patient has to do everything their own, but the staff won't do anything. Also medical College students are practicing here, they are not even properly trained. They do experiments on the patients. So if you want to send your loved once for their experiments then only get them admitted here.

One more Experience at MGM Super Speciality Hospital – July 2025 On 25th July 2025, my elder brother, aged 75, underwent a successful bilateral direct inguinal hernia surgery at MGM Super Speciality Hospital, performed by Dr. K.S. Tiwari and Dr. Suchitra Biswas. The procedure was carried out with utmost precision and care. Post-surgery, my brother has recovered completely and is in good health. I extend my heartfelt gratitude and highest appreciation to MGM Super Speciality Hospital, Dr. K.S. Tiwari, and Dr. Suchitra Biswas for their exceptional medical expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. Super specialty hospital is equipped with high level medical facilities. The doctors and staff here are very good. Specially Dr. Akshay Lahoti understands the patient's illness with great care and provides the right treatment. It's a great hospital.....my operation of stone removal (PCNL) has been done in this hospital....so I can say that all the staff of urology department is outstanding and committed to their duties and work .... Doctors and nursing staff are also very nice , skilled very well and treat the patients with dedication....being a govt or semi govt hospital ( I am not sure )..... I am also amazed by the facilities that is provided here....thanks to the whole urology department 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏👏
