Pathetic expirienex with these people. Never get your vehicles insured from this useless company

Insurance Premium is higher than other brands, plus agent who was looking after my policy for so many years has given me the worst service

Very poor services and surveyor was very rude and very lazy. We didn't get cashless claim for our Car. Typically government type management.

द न्यू इंडिया इंश्योरेंस कंपनी का फुल बीमा खरगोन हुंडई शोरूम से i20 वाहन का केस लेस बीमा कराने के बाद भी एक्सीडेंट में कार में हुए समस्त प्रकार की खराबी के क्लेम के लिए बीमा कंपनी विगत 7 दिन से केवल प्रोसेस ही कर रही है अब तक वाहन का ना कार्य हुआ है ना ही एक्सीडेंट से हुई समस्त खराबी का अब तक क्लेंम पास किया गया ?

Most hopeless delivery experience. Despite personally following up for quick delivery, it has taken 29 hours for them to move letter from delivering office in Indore to the addressee which is just 6 k.m. away from the deluvery office

I went for insurance for my bike the person who is doing all paperwork asked for 150rs extra for clicking pictures of bike saying it is compulsory (which is not necessary) and I asked for receipt he refused... Than I asked him I will make payment with card he refused because that money is not going to company it is going in that person's pocket. Be aware this guys are looting customer's..
