Worst TPA Company in india. Lost my parents document and not send to SBI general insurance.
Take 5 hours to aprrove a ventilated emargency patients case who is refferd to higher center worst TPA ever slow response from tpa team
Since four months we are facing issues of reimbursement of claim, firstly company denied payment at hospital after that they want statement, we gave statement twice than ask doctors statement than handover doctors statement still claim is pending. We are feed up with paramount never seen such pathetic service in whole life. Continous call the company member but no proper reply. I,m planning to complain in consumer court in accordance with amendment of insurance act 2015. Paramount is just making money from customers no care of customers. We are facing huge financial issues due to company we trust company than take loan from other persons we have to return them.
