A Frustrating Experience with PNB Bank and there employee with Siyaganj Banch. One of there employee Mrs Chayya in loan department is very poor with the client handling and work ethics. My experience with this particular individual left me not only disappointed but genuinely appalled at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the employee in question exhibited a shocking level of apathy towards my concerns. It felt as if my inquiries were falling into an abyss of indifference. Phone calls went unanswered, emails remained ignored, and the promise of a timely resolution was nothing more than a cruel illusion. The lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed by this employee not only wasted my time but also eroded any semblance of trust I may have had in PNB Bank. It's disconcerting to think that an institution entrusted with managing people's finances could employ individuals who seem wholly uninterested in fulfilling their responsibilities. In conclusion, my encounter with this PNB Bank employee was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service provided was not just subpar; it was downright disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone considering banking with PNB to think twice, as my experience with this particular employee has left an indelible mark on my perception of the bank as a whole.
