Bank of Maharashtra Zonal Office, Indore

My experience, as a Vendor with the Bank of Maharashtra, Zonal Office (Indore) has been extremely disappointing. Communication from their side has always been unclear, delayed, and often dismissive of genuine concerns. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution — only formal replies that avoid addressing the core issues. Basic expectations such as transparency, professionalism, and timely action are completely missing. Genuine requests for clarity and cooperation are frequently misinterpreted as “non-cooperation,” which feels both unfair and disheartening. Unfortunately, the attitude here reflects poor customer handling and a lack of accountability. Instead of resolving issues, there seems to be a tendency toward vendor harassment and avoidance of responsibility. To resolve the issues i was going through, I requested an appointment to meet Zonal Manager, which was never given till date. I have even filed multiple RTI applications, but false or misleading information was provided by senior officials — seemingly to hide irregularities rather than correct them. I sincerely hope the higher management of the Bank of Maharashtra takes note of such practices, ensures fair treatment to vendors and customers, and restores the trust, transparency, and integrity that a public sector bank should stand for.
