They don't have employees to work, their printer is always not working due to technical issue, they don't have any proper online banking system. Worst banking service ever seen.

I have many bad experiences with Centeral Bank they blocked my debit card and now aren't providing me another one they didn't even took my application, i also applied for a cheque book and their staff told me we will deliver it to your house now it's been more than a year and I still haven't receive it yet I talked to the manager about it he was very rude and said that you have to come here to collect it, we aren't gonna deliver it to your home. One time I was there i saw an old lady approx the age of 88 or 90 years she didn't knew how to fill the form to withdraw money from her account. She was standing in queue for a long time when she reached to desk the person who was sitting at that desk threw the slip at her face and told her to fill it properly although she didn't even knew how to write after that she sadly sat on the floor, teary eyed like she was about to cry when I asked her if she needed help with the form she replied with a yes and Handed me her little red slip which had been thrown at face for being illiterate while her hand were trembling her helplessness could be seen from the very end of the room as I filled that form for her she told that she has to go through this insults for just 600 rupees that are being paid by Gov in the form of pension money everyone that was standing there felt bad for that woman but no one helped her out if I could I would've given zero stars

Building is very old but frontline staff give giod vibes.

My father's pension account was here in Mill area branch. My father expired in January 2025. First they haven't knowledge about closure of pension account. Near by 9 months have passed they didn't transfer the remaining amount of my father's pension account. Very frustating.
