Worst Bank, slow employees 0* rating...
Worst experience ever. They took 13 days to open a saving account.
Really very bad experience with the bank. Very bad behaviour of employees.
Worst experience they didn’t even talked properly, specially Parul badal, very rude behaviour
One of the worst banking experience. Took them 4 days to make a DD. And even then they couldn't do it properly. I am closing my account and will probably switch to HDFC.
The worst customer service experience by ICICI bank. The most interesting person there is "Parul Badal". She don't even know how to talk to customers. The most rude and unprofessional behavior by her. She never want to help someone and not performing her duty well. She was busy in her mobile and was not answering properly and was trying to throw us back. These people taking salaries on time and not performing their duties. This branch will face these kind of issues in future as well due to the lady "Parul Badal". If any branch manager reading this feedback kindly provide her the training about how to talk to customers and how to solve their problems.
The worst branch I have visited since last 20 years of relationship with ICICI bank. I just transferred my Salary package account in this branch for my ease but it is horrible to have account in this branch.
