Well service
The behaviour of staff is not good at all. Specially the guard he talks very rudely.

Worst branch manager and worker not do work properly not give answer to any querie my suggestion not open account in this bank if you have free time and you spend it then you will open account
So bad service in there. And they don't give any help for Account Holder. There staff behavior it's also not good and also nobody help in there.
Worst behavior with customer, please groom them or start a training session "how to treat each and every customer equally", for staff and specialy the manager of this branch,I also visit the malahar ganj branch they are very gentle and cooperative, So do the needful, if you need any writing complaint I can do that too If u don't look into this matter with proper attention and dedication, and things don't get fixed you will lose a reliable customer customer of yours

They take too much time to process anything. Staff behaviour is too rude. No proper helper is there to provide help and guidance, as many customers don't know bank procedures. Quite unorganised.
