One of the worst service ever faced Executive not having ID card, Misbehave with customer, not manner to talk to customers, branch head and executive having gossip and customer waiting outside what a worst ever service in banking Never ever open an account in Federal
Shit kyc process for account opening for us stocks, i tried 4 times via indmoney, they ask many & mostly irrelavant questions, why would we remember nearest post office & police station address, they only want bots to tell information, because stammering is a human thing which occurs, shit bank & shit procedures, kyc agents are rude & bad.

Date 4 April 2026 I went to deposit cash but cashier was not in the cabin he was busy in manager cabin then he came to his cashier room AND then he left because some another costumer came to operate his locker he left his room to assist them I asked him I was there before the another costumer but he said wait for you turn first he assisted that customer then I again asked him I was before them first deposit my cash but he said wait sir locker ka karwa du then I threw my deposit slip and left the bank but still he is not worried that you will lose a customer whos account you have from 2022. I will make sure I will close my account in FEDERAL BANK and tell all my friends and family members to shift there current account. I feel there is no value of first came first serve basis koi bhi beech mai ghus jaega kya. I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
