A 3rd-class bank never takes a loan from them they secretly increase the loan interest
No help is given to the customer and they do not even provide details about the loan he is taking. This is a very 3rd class bank
I can't give less than a star otherwise dcb bank indore branch has scored -5 stars! Just a suggestion to all reading this DONT TAKE LOANS FROM DCB BANK! they don't care about doing their jobs the backend office is one step ahead, they will stop picking up the calls when they have to delay the process unnecessarily! Worst bank I have ever come accross! The same process took max 15 days in HDFC Bank but it's been more than 2 months now that we are tolerating their attitude! No proper customer dealing system! Unnecessary delay in work! And most of all the employees have attitude! Hate this bank!
