Bank of India Zonal Office

Worst experience . I have opened a current account 6months prior . Unable to get access for internet banking facility. I have contacted the concerned department many times but no reply. Please guys don't get open your account in this bank . Poor service , staff are also not helpful.

Wrost experience last time I have visited ... One of your head cashier mr pathak .. is very rude behaviour .. asking to slap me . And not having good manerce how to treat customers .. after 2 year I have visited the branch and got really very wrost service by your cashier ...

This is not for normal customer. Only bank back office work hear and forward case from branch are entertained. Security guard will not permet you to enter in this office.

I agree RAMBAG BRANCH AND THEIR STAFF IS VERY THIRD CLASS..it seems from their way of working like THEY R NOT EVEN EDUCATED..god saves u all from BOI RAMBAG..

FROM LAST THREE MONTHS I AM FOLLOWING WITH BANK BOI ZONAL OFFICIAL INDORE BUT TILL DATE THEY DID NOT REPLY AND EVEN NOT TAKING THE PHONE WHEN WE GIVE A CALL ITS ALWAYS SHOW BUSY WHEN EVER WE GO TO MEET THEM THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE IN PROCESS BUT PROCESS WILL NOT END TILL NOW

Visited Bank of India, Saket Nagar Branch, Indore, today, where my wife Mrs. Tanuja Soni holds an account. We wanted a loan on an FD for our son's higher education purposes. We were especially impressed by the extraordinarily efficient work performance and courteous behavior of an Asstt. Manager, Ms. Shweta Nema, who rendered us exceptionally fast services as was the urgent need of the hour as a customer of the Bank. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Bank of India and especially to the concerned manager.
