Do not pick up the call.....if they don't want to attend any call why have they provided number! If u call on this number ,no body from satbhaiya will pick up ur call the call will get transferred after waiting mins & mins to tvs coustomer care and then they will provide u another number...and when u call on that number, the number is invalid !!! Come on ! Like it's 2026 and u are still having all these problems with ur system....

Very disappointed with the services. Before purchasing the vehicle, they promise the best service, but once the payment is done, they completely ignore the customer. I purchased a brand-new top model 125 CC TVS XCONNECT with full cash payment, and after that, there has been no proper support from their side. Extremely unhappy with this experience.

THird class Service. Bike book karne ke baad delivery ke ek din phele mana kiya< financeroo ko baat karne ki tameez nahi ha. bahut badtameez log he.

After sale service bekar hai. Gadi bechne ke baad bhul jate hai. Service booking wale call ni attend karte hai. Sale person koi guide ni karta kab service karna kya process hai. Kewal Tvs Ke naam pe gadi bik rahi hai.

Worst servicing ever. I would request everyone to not visit this service center because they take extra charges and do not repair the vehicle as per required. I gave my jupiter for servicing and as I reached home some parts fell down from rear tyre and this resulted in my tyre puncture, after calling and complaining to the service manager they blamed everything on me and didnot re checked my vehicle. This is how you treat your customers and this servicing proves that they just want their customer to get hurt and met with an accident. Even though they have got good rating but this doesnot show that they provide good servicing. I would humbly request everyone to please not send their vehicle to SATBHAIYA TVS for servicing because they are playing with their customers lives and doesnot care at all.

My experience with the first servicing of my TVS Jupiter at satbhaiya tvs showroom was very disappointing. The main issue was with timing and communication. I was given a specific time for delivery, but the scooter was not ready even after waiting much longer. There was no proper update or clear communication from the staff – I had to keep asking again and again. If the servicing takes more time, customers should at least be informed honestly instead of making them wait without clarity. Poor communication and lack of professionalism made the whole experience frustrating. For a brand like TVS, I expected much better service and customer handling. ⭐1\5
