मैंने एक महीने पहले TVS Jupiter खरीदी थी। अब जब पहली सर्विसिंग का समय आया तो मुझे showroom से बार-बार टालमटोल किया जा रहा है। हर बार बोला जाता है कि कल लाना, परसो लाना या पहले appointment लो। इससे मुझे काफी परेशानी हो रही है। एक नए ग्राहक के साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार सही नहीं है। उम्मीद है कि showroom इस पर ध्यान देगा और ग्राहकों को बेहतर service प्रदान करेगा।"

I'm rating 0 to TVS satbhaiya scheme no 78 infront of Shalimar township, staff aren't supporting customer's properly. As I purchase Tvs I Qube and they call me for servicing then I visited at this showroom for the servicing but no one is ready to take the vehicle for servicing and said that visit tomorrow at 9 am. Now my vehicle isn't starting when I called the service staff and asked them to pick up the vehicle from my home, they gave me a reply, I have given the number to the manager, he will call you. Neither have I received a call from the manager nor has anyone come to take the vehicle from home. They can't provide good services to the customers and forced the customers for giving high rating or 9-10 rating.

These people are literally looteras. Please visit them at your own risk. If your vehicle is still within the service period, that's fine; otherwise, I strongly recommend finding a reliable local mechanic or garage. They charge exorbitant prices for everything and do not believe in repairing—only replacing—regardless of the issue. I was advised to replace the silencer because it was broken and they claimed to repair it, but later on they called and the quoted price was ₹16,000. Hilariously, I got it repaired outside for just ₹100. And this is just one example—they provide the worst service possible. Another example is their approach to coating or polishing your vehicle. They charge you high amount and promise free polish second time, but they do not generate official bills through their system. Instead, they provide a manual bill, which they expect you to present upon your next visit. The worst part is that they have no record of this transaction, so if you forget or lose the bill—something very likely after 5-6 months—they refuse to polish your vehicle, even though you've already paid for it. However, I would like to give 5 out of 5 to the mechanic working there, who gave me honest advice and saved my money.
