MMC Convert

Mahima at MMC helped to migrate a client of mine onto Xero. The results were flawless. Mahima was great, she kept me informed of progress at every step along the way. Pricing was clear and transparent. Mahima even touched base a few weeks post migration to check that we were happy with everything. I will use MMC Convert again. Thanks so much Mahima!

MMC Convert assisted me with converting my books from Pastel V19 to QuickBooks Online. Communication was excellent, and feedback was provided consistently throughout the process. I would highly recommend MMC Convert for a smooth and efficient transfer. We are MC Entrepreneurs, based in Cape Town, South Africa, and had been using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2018 for several years. Unfortunately, we did not migrate when we were advised to, and over time the software stopped receiving updates and support. When we finally decided to move to QuickBooks Online, we ran into a major problem—there was no longer any support available for QuickBooks Desktop 2018. We were unable to use the migration tools, upload our company file, or get assistance from anyone. I spent a significant amount of time searching for help, but no one in South Africa was able to assist. Eventually, I came across MMC Convert, and that changed everything. I was assisted by Sakshi, who was absolutely outstanding. The entire process took about three days—and likely would have been quicker if I had everything prepared on my side. She handled the heavy lifting, kept me informed throughout, and guided me step-by-step. She answered questions before I even had the chance to ask them. The migration itself was smooth and completely hassle-free. All our data was transferred without any issues. While I understand that glitches can sometimes occur, we experienced none—and I’m confident that even if we had, MMC Convert would have been there to resolve them quickly. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. Other companies claimed to offer free services but then requested payment, which was frustrating and misleading. MMC Convert, on the other hand, delivered exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend MMC Convert to anyone looking to migrate their data to QuickBooks Online. They were efficient, reliable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.

I had an exceptional experience with the MMC Convert team, and I can confidently recommend their services. Their network of professionals is outstanding, providing seamless guidance throughout the migration process and offering regular updates at every stage. After transitioning my account from the QuickBooks Online team to MMC Convert team, they expertly managed the migration of several companies to the QuickBooks Accountant package. They meticulously captured and transferred each company's details, ensuring accuracy throughout the process. While there were additional fees for transferring transaction attachments—clearly communicated to me beforehand—their transparency and professionalism were truly commendable. What truly set them apart was their unwavering commitment to ongoing support. They provided daily updates on migration progress, and even after the migration was completed, they continued to check in and assist with data verification. For accountants and finance professionals looking for a reliable migration partner, I wholeheartedly recommend MMC Convert. Their dedication to client satisfaction, combined with their meticulous attention to detail, makes them the ideal choice for your migration needs. You can trust them to deliver exceptional service every step of the way.

We used MMC Convert to migrate our data from QuickBooks to MYOB and the experience was very smooth overall. The team was easy to deal with, clear in their communication, and always kept us updated on the progress. They carefully checked our file, pointed out issues with financial year settings, and explained what could and could not be done in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, the migrated data was accurate, which gave us confidence in their work. Special thanks to Harshita and the team for their patience and professionalism throughout the process. We really appreciated their follow-ups and support. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing bookkeeping or accounting software data conversion :)) Regards Hung
