MMC Convert

MMC Convert did the conversion from Sage 50 to Quickbooks for my company. They did such a terrible job I cannot even tell you. What was supposed 5 days, took almost a month. When the conversion was finally ready nothing worked and all of the information was just thrown together. All the invoices and Estimates were all put in invoices. Taxes was thrown in line items in some cases and calculated in others. There was missing and erroneous data all over the place. They said that it passed their tests but it was not even in the same realm. We have spent the last month trying to sort it out and are still not done. We tried to talk to them but communication is impossible and i just don't think they understand basic accounting, Stay far away

Very good service and clear explanation. very quick response time also. highly recommended

Ankit did an amazing job converting our… Ankit did an amazing job converting our data. The quality and detail migrated was exceptional, lined up perfectly and the experience was fantastic from the initial discussion. I highly recommend engaging with MMC Convert to migrate off legacy desktop systems that are now not supported or accessible for new devices. Their service is first class.

Ankit did an amazing job migrating our data from sage to QBO. The entire process from our initial discussion online to completion was fantastic. Communication was great and I was kept informed the whole way. I highly recommend engaging with MMC. Their is a great service!

The initial communication and service was good. Since then, 3 self imposed deadlines have been missed, have had to follow up myself to find out about progress on the conversion and the conversion is still incomplete two and a half months later! Last email I sent requesting they complete the work by a deadline, or provide a partial refund so that we can employ someone else to do the work manually, was ignored. Having to manually process missing transactions to bring QBO up to date ourselves after being ignored. £400 for this kind of service? Update (belated): The migration was completed within 2 weeks of this review. Ankit and Sunny were helpful in addressing my dissatisfaction and completing the migration. I am happy that this is finally complete. Thank you Ankit and Sunny.

I do NOT want this review to make my name visible or searchable on the internet. Initial OK, or 1st name OK). Was in a rush, and understood quickly that migrating QucikBooks to Xero would not be timely feasible with casual CSV import/exports. (either too time consuming, or beyond the Excel skills, lack of process feed-back ...etc..). Though Xero web pages show Jet first, I finally opted for MMC (not exactly sure why). Main gains: Contacts (Vendors/Customers) are persent, usable. Familiar Accounting codes can be reused. Banking transactions ae carried over.

I dealt with Sakshi from Mc Convert. Found her very professional helpful and very patient Will recommend her.

Been trying to get in contact for weeks. Was never 'called-back' never had an email responded to. Not one chat was returned. Even though Quickbooks recommend MMC try to avoid and don't waste your time
