MMC Convert

Just as a follow up to my message below from a few days ago, our conversion from MYOB Essentials to Xero is now complete. We are very happy with the whole process and how well the team at MMC kept us informed every day. Thank you MMC for your hard work. It made the transition so much less stressful for us. The completion of our conversion was confirmed this morning, and while we wait for payroll, quotes, attachments and allocations, which are still being worked on, I have been having a look around the program and so far am happy with the job. MMC's communication with us as to the progress of the conversion has been ongoing throughout the process and their response to my questions has been quick. I'm looking forward to our half-hour session onboarding session with Ankit in the next couple of days.

Great service, very kind and attentive to my needs. Always listening and understanding any problems that arise. Would recommend :)

Ankit Mehta from MMC did our conversion from Wave to Quickbooks online. Ankit was so helpful and friendly. Even when I did something wrong, Ankit made sure what I must do to correct my mistake. Once the migration was done, Ankit advised me and I compared the data and all was good. Thank you again Ankit, the migration worked out so well.

We had a rather complex conversion of 12 years of Quickbooks data that we wanted to migrate into XERO. Ankit and his team took a few weeks to complete this task and did it perfectly which is quite a feat given the 10s of thousands of transactions. Our accountant triple checked their work and was delighted that all was accurate and in good order from the conversion. We spoke with every QB to Xero conversion company in the market and chose MMC due to their skill in handling complex migrations. If you want your migration to go smoothly, I recommend MMC Convert.

Ankit and his team did a great job converting us over to Xero from AccountEdge, bringing in the whole past year of data and carefully checking to make sure the trial balances match up. Good QC and excellent communication keeping us up on the progress. Entire process completed in 5 business days.

Ankit contacted me very quickly from my first enquiry, and in no time, I had a price for the work (to convert from WAVE to XERO) and a timetable for when it would be done. True to his word, the work was completed in 3 days, and then I had an included 30 minute zoom call with MMC's team to ensure everything was ok. I could never have done this work myself, and I highly recommend MMC and their friendly service.

I have been in accounting and finance for over 15 years, a licensed CPA, CA. I have never seen such poor customer service. I'm surprised this many people have given 4+ stars. We didn't know where else to go for our services. My credentials: KPMG, publicly traded companies, private companies etc. I had a simple task for the conversion of three files. We started this process in July of 2023 and granted the company access to our files. It is November 2023 and only 2 files were complete. Here are the cons of this company and take warning: 1. they ask for money up front when services aren't complete 2. they do not provide status updates 3. they have not refunded me for services they have not completed It has been the most painful and slow experience.

MMC Convert and Ankit were extremely helpful in converting us from Freshbooks to Xero in a short time frame. They are extremely professional and efficient. I would most definitely recommend their services. Thank you for the successful conversion!

We worked with them a while ago to help us migrate a company file to Xero, and what a terrific experience! It was done quickly, and very painless. The most input they needed from us was just information on what we wanted converted (basics such as year, etc). Ankit and his team really did a great job. Absolutely would work with them again.

Wonderful services provided and a very profesional and friendly experience. Thank you mmcconvert
