Unprofessional behaviour of riders and he had accident with me
Extremely disappointed with Rapido. I tried booking a ride 3–4 times, but neither bike riders nor auto drivers were accepting the ride. I even increased the fare, but still nobody accepted it. What’s the point of increasing the fare if drivers still don’t accept the ride? This was a very frustrating experience. Customers shouldn’t have to keep trying again and again just to get a ride. Rapido seriously needs to improve driver availability and ride acceptance. Very poor service and extremely disappointing.

The driver’s behaviour was not good. He had been drinking and was taking us on the wrong route.
Repido auto wale ride accept kar ke call nahi uthate hain mere sath 8/10 bar hon gaya hain or dur chale jate hain location se or bolte hain ap cancel Karo arrived dal ke bhag jate hain or ham pagala ki tarah charge bharte hain repido loot raha hain hame apne rider par dhyan do ham par charg mat lagao varna koi use bhi nahi karega Fhir baithe rehna.
