I took a 2 wheeler on rent for zomato and rapido from them, then they are saying that the ev can run 80km in 1 battery, but their ev does not run even 60km, so my plan of Rs 240 was to get 2 batteries in it, so I thought of testing the battery to see how many kilometers can it run silenced them and took 2 batteries for a week to see if on the way the charging of 1 battery gets finished so that the second battery can be inserted immediately. I took the batteries without asking them, but without asking them, now they have said that I can get 2 batteries in 240rs, so I took my 2 batteries I did not take extra battery, then their staff member came to know that I kept 2 batteries near me for a day, then their manager told me very bad, told me so bad about my mother, tried to kill me, told me that he did it just to test me, stole me Didn't do it, still they said that you did not steal, now your security deposit will not be returned, go out of here, I took the ev on rent for 7 days, it was 240rs for 1 day, and 1500rs security deposit was heavy, after 3 days I tested the battery to see how many kms it runs They did this to me, even my security deposit was not being given, and my remaining 4 days rent was also not being given, these humans are very rude to the customer, their manager abused me so much about my mother that it made me feel very badput it.

Bahut hi bekaar service! Pehle 1 mahine tak inhone gaadi provide nahi ki, aur ab refund ke liye 10 din se zyada ho chuke hain, phir bhi refund nahi mila. Call karne par call cut kar dete hain. Customer ke saath aisa behaviour bilkul unacceptable hai. Paise lene ke baad service aur support dono bahut disappointing hain. I would not recommend this rental service to anyone.
