Pathetic. Activa was in very poor condition. Handler (his name is Akshay I think) was arrogant. Guy confiscated my Aadhaar card.

We were CHEATED and forced to pay extra.The bike dealer misbehaved and asked us and forced us for extra money and refused to give the deposit 2000 rupees back unless we pay him extra.He was informed we would be 20 min late due to heavy rains which was okay for him but when it came to returning our deposit we had to pay extra to get our deposit back.Is this customer service? Also your customer service is not operational.we were CHEATED and WORSE EXPERIENCE ever. Never book a rishabh rental service.

This was by far the worst service experience I've ever had. The owner has absolutely no sense of how to talk to customers — rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He made multiple promises regarding the bike condition and pickup/drop timing, but didn’t keep a single one. The bike was in poor condition, and when I raised concerns, he was dismissive and disrespectful. Please don’t waste your time and money here. There are far better and more reliable bike rental services available. Avoid this one at all costs!

Rishabh is very nice person. Car was in very good condition. Enjoyed my stay at Indore. Must recommend for car & bike rental services
