The dealer Mr. Anubhav at MR10 Square Indore was very courteous and helped a lot during our rental period. Contrary to reviews on Quora, we had a great experience with the scooty and the dealer. The website interface was easy to maneuver and the customer team was very responsive It is all in all a good service when the need arises

Used their bike rent service in Indore and the experience was pretty good. RenTrip executive was constantly in touch and helpful along the entire process. To confirm a booking, part of the amount is to be paid online. Remaining amount should be paid to the agent handing over bike. Totally recommend them if you are in Indore and are in need of a reliable bike rent service.

I had a great experience with rent trip . The dealer Hari sir is a humble person. One day I was being late to drop the vehicle , Hari sir gently ask me that how much time I will take to drop the vehicle,I told him that I will drop the vehicle in 5 to 10 min, Mr Hari patiently waited for me, without any anger he took the vehicle from me and gently do the formalities to drop the vehicle. I love his nature he is a very kind person .

Very useful app for travellers, Highly recommendable. On a recent trip to Mumbai, I hired a bike from rent trip. I chose the wrong dealer by mistake which was far off from my location, to my surprise one of their tale calling executive Pooja painstakingly not just refunded the full amount but also arrange for an alternate dealer near my location. I had a great day, without being charged. She, however, approached me later that I owe them money, for which I obliged her humbly. I also wish to mention and thanks their dealer Roshan D’souza. I forgot my Aadhaar with him and he went out of the way to help me catch my flight. Highly satisfied with their service and follow up.

They have the worst customer support ever! We had a booking for a day and somehow we couldn't make it, we tried calling them and the support executive said there's nothing she can do. Okay, understood! But her tone was horrendous. I told her how long has been working here? She said, I don't have any experience in dealing with support and I started with this low paying company.
