Maruti Suzuki Service (Ocean Motors)

All staff is very coprative and also service is very nice

They keep on adding parts to be replaced just because it makes a sound and do not even check if it can be repaired. They will make a list of services that is 1.5 times costlier than other Maruti service centres. I even got my wheels aligned there once. Turned out, the car was still moving on the left side.

Staff Is very polite with excellent service

Now days Maruti Suzuki service center has started charging more. Now people should think about other manufacturers also without thinking about service cost because it almost same now except Mileage.

They will service and will not check that the problem is addressed or not. Happened n number of times with me Now I will change it.

They do a lot and try to help also. But they have a habit of missing things out, especilly the small but important things like putting back the steering wheel with the logo at the centre sitting straight, a final wipe on the dash and the seats before handing back, etc.

Nice service, genuine service center, not fooling Customers. Resolved the issue in my car by simple fixes. Courteous staff.
