After being a fan of the ather scooters, I just hate to admit that their service sucks a big time. No point booking service appointment online, it makes no difference. It took them 2 days get the service done. On top of that, they said, we won't wash your vehicle. Without washing how do you plan to clean the debris on the belt, wheel, how are you gonna make sure parts are working fine! Basically they do nothing, and charge 800 rupees.
Cannot trust them. They have optimised their tasks in order to be in the good books of the company but their systems are in place that doesn't value your time. (Edit - so the team responded to this review in 4 hrs.) Credit where it's due. Good job
Low class service center bad very bad service
