We visited this place for dinner as a group of three families, including elderly parents and children. We had contacted the restaurant in advance and were assured that a table would be arranged for us. However, after waiting for around an hour, we were told that the same table would not be provided to us and, to our disappointment, it was given to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical. Despite being with elderly parents and young children, the manager made no proper arrangements for us and did not seem to care about the inconvenience caused. When we finally said that we would leave, the response was simply “okay,” which clearly showed a lack of concern or respect for customers. The manager should understand how to handle customers, especially families with children and elderly people. Good customer service is not just about serving food—it is also about respecting customers and honoring commitments. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers changing or properly training the manager so that other customers do not have to face a similar experience.
