Croma - Aerodrum Road

It was a very good experience there always in chroma because of there amazing staff ambience and wide range of everything in electronics but these time one thing I want which was not available there that's not a issue one person a representative there behaved so rudely that we don't sell that things and and his way of talking was so wrong so i don't want to complaint but he should be polite to people who don't know about there

Nobody cares to attend you. They don't ask what are you looking for. I asked one of the salesmen about the availability of one product. He was unaware about the same. I asked another salesman about the availability, he replied "wait a minute, let me confirm". Then he didn't come to me. After some time I found him doing another work. Then I walked away and bought the product from another shop.

You will get very nice products near by you.. Tata will never disappoint you at all.

Don't buy any laptop form airport road croma they misguide costomer, giving false information about laptop, giving demo products

Today we have come here to purchase a cooler and we like one model which we wanted to purchase but we saw the same cooler model cost is very low with compared to Croma outlet in the online platform because of that comparison we postponed our purchasing from Croma store so please look into this difference between the online cost and the Croma store cost.
