10 baar complaint karne k baad bhi , team ka koi response nahi hai... kabhi inverter kaam nahi karta hai , kabhi app kaam nahi karta hai , electricity generate hoti nahi ... and these people only say CSR team will connect ..15 days pehle hi solar laga hai , but the services are really not upto the mark . I have all the photos and videos of the inverter which is not working properly. I just thought for a once to recommend freyr energy to my colleagues too, but how can I recommend jab mujhe hi services proper nahi mil rahi hai .... I was not about to write the review , but these people forced me to write this...please make sure kare ki as soon as any of you contact us and solve the problem.

Very Poor Service and Customer Support in Indore Extremely disappointing experience with Freyr Energy in Indore. Payment has already been completed, but my solar installation is still pending due to unnecessary delays. The customer support team is very poor and unprofessional. Calls are not answered, there are no callbacks, and no proper updates are provided despite repeated attempts to contact them. After taking payment, the company seems least concerned about customer problems. Such irresponsible service and lack of communication are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Freyr Energy in Indore to anyone unless they seriously improve their customer support and installation services. Very disappointing experience!
