Freyr Energy

very poor service 45 day commetment soler system proper stole but 90 day complete do'not proper respose and not peak up the phone not proper service very bad sales team not support very bad experience

Very good service throughout the solar project, from installation to plant commissioning.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was supportive and answered all my questions patiently. The installation was good and system is now working perfectly.

Today Mr Mohit and his team member has given immediate response and resolved our pending issues, which other team members were not taking interest in resolving and guiding since more than 1 month. Thanks, this type of approach to help the customer should be their and should bring to notice of other fellow teams.

It has the good experience with freyer team. There is supportive members from initial to final stage. I really preffered to go with freyr energy if you want to go with solar.

Most third class company I have cancelled my order due to the local team behaviour. After sending mail from their side for refund I am waiting for refund from 15 days. Really unhappy and frustrated with them. Mr Krishna from there team will be after you for payment post payment he will not pick your call. Please do not by from them.

Our overall experience is good The team was polite, responsive and helpful through the solar installation processing.

This brand has proven to be unsatisfactory. There has been no communication following payment, necessitating my initiation of contact for each phase of the solar installation. Customer support has been ineffective, and it appears that company personnel avoid customers post-payment. I am deeply concerned about their after-sales service. I advise against selecting Freyr for solar solutions and recommend opting for established brands instead.

One of the best solar service providers! The team is knowledgeable, polite, and focused on customer satisfaction. They delivered excellent results and exceeded my expectations.

Excellent work done by Freyer and team. Specially I would like to acknowledge Engineer Abhishek Baroliya and Mohit for seamless installation. Design and Sales team explained the requirements really well. In addition , they have provided a quality material .
