This agency provides absolutely abysmal service. Their staff lacks any basic etiquette for interacting with customers—particularly the employee I had been dealing with for the past 4 to 6 days, who identified herself to me as ( Staff Name ) - "Gungun Joshi ". No matter how many times you call them throughout the day, all you receive are empty assurances, when it comes to actual action, however, there is absolutely nothing. If you try to call the agency owner, their number is switched off and if you point this out to the staff, they simply tell you to call the owner via WhatsApp. Yet, even when you do call them on WhatsApp, they will not pick up. No matter whom you speak to, you will not receive a single satisfactory response. The service is utterly substandard. I strongly urge you not to obtain a gas connection from the Raj mohallah HP Gas branch under any circumstances and if you currently have one, I advise you to transfer it to other HP Gas agency it immediately otherwise, you too will likely have to endure rude behavior and unnecessary hassles.
