Worst service... In this time they are not providing online booking service and giving reasons from the last 4-5 months like their agency's bank account has been changed

Poor service of gas. Owner is having lots of attitude for replying to customer. I m consumer of this agency. As per him 10:30 to 11 is contact time for deliver the gas. After that his stock getting empty. He is not ready to provide service from 8 am to 8 pm. HP gas making false advertisement for providing gas service for 12 hours... Pl dont join it. There is lota of other HP agency near by.
Mai sabhi user se request kruga ki jo bhi sai laxmi agency se gas book krwata hai to gas use krne ke pehle uska weight jarur note kare... Mene aaj seal lagi hui tanki ka weight kiya to uska weight aaya 26kg.. Jab waha ke ladke ko dikhaya to wo bola ye leakage hoga isliye gas kam dikha rhi hai mai loading me se dusri le aata hu... Jab dusri tanki check ki uska weight 26.5kg tha... Jab me gaadi wale ke pass weight machine lekar gya to usne mujhe 29.7kg ki tanki di jo ki actual weight tha... Iske pehle bhi sai laxmi agency ka gas chori krte huye video viral hua tha fir bhi abhi tak koi karyvahi nhi ki gayi.. Mere pass iska poora video hai jo mai upload kr rha hu
Never go in this agency . Worst agency. After waiting 2 days and did 25 calls they promished to provide two cylinders at 5 pm and when we reached they said our vhichle gone and we can not provide the cylinders. Pathetic behaviour we are taking outsiders food since two days just coz of them
